Youth Outdoor Experience
This new program for high school aged youth will provide the
opportunity to gain new experiences in an outdoor activity setting.
The activities planned will push individual and group limits,
as well as provide the chance for youth to experience God’s
creation in new ways. Tentative plans are for outings in September,
November, March, and May, with other opportunities for the summer.
Trips could include activities such as camping, hiking, rock
climbing, canoeing, and rafting.
Other Fellowship Opportunities
During the year, the Parish Life Committee
sponsors a variety of congregation events including a fall retreat,
a Christmas progressive dinner and a beach retreat. Spiritual
growth and relationship building are the focus of these opportunities.
